Zach is seriously sarcastic. No really. Serious and yet sarcastic, as any great cop can be. He knows when to take things seriously and when a joke is needed to lighten the mood. But that is the side of him seen to his co-workers. That isn’t the real him, it’s as some put, his cop face. No Zach has a great mind that he constantly uses. Sees the secrets that no one else does and utilizes them to solve things. He is almost appearing to be unfeeling if he doesn’t have on his cop appearance. But there is very few times he isn’t hiding behind the mask and so most don’t always see it for what it is.
Only those few select people know his true self. He never had a partner so he didn’t have to worry about that. Of course, more often then not people were scared to be partnered with him because he took on the cases no one would. Either out of bravery or htat he could be crazy but Zach always managed to solve the mysteries. But he never brags when he succeeds. He takes the pat on the back and then continues on his way. Almost as if he was uncaring he had even managed to solve a major case. Whenever they tried taking his picture the camera would spontaneously spark and die.
Zachariah just only cares for his own kind, most of all for Cas. It has never and will never be a romantic attraction to her, more of just the need to protect her. Granted he feels at least a small amount of that for any woman. He holds women high and treats them all well. In fact he is more then likely going to hit any man who treats a woman, in his own opinion, as not right or not good enough. But it is all this that makes him a great detective and able to do his job. Even through the horrible things, just the way Zach is.
Physical Appearance:
Zachariah stands at about 6’2 with naturally tanned skin. He has golden amber eyes that go with his element but manage to change shades in accordance to his mood. He keeps himself clean shaven and keeps his hair relatively short and out of the way. His body is toned, hardened muscles. On first glance he doesn’t seem to have any form of piercings or tattoos. But along his spine there is a Chinese dragon to symbolize wisdom. A tattoo down his left arm, from shoulder to elbow, of lightning that forks and encircles.
Usually he is always in a suit, jacket, slacks, sometimes a tie. But that is because that is what he wears when on duty. When under cover, t-shirt, jeans, boots, and leather jacket make up his ensemble. Those are also his day off clothes. The jackets are always to cover his guns. If on duty not under cover his badge is clipped to the pocket otherwise it sits on his belt under his jackets. Also around his neck is always a silver chain with a ring given to him by his mother.
